From February 8 to 10, 2025, the Fortezza da Basso in Florence will host the 18th edition of Taste, the landmark fair for contemporary food culture. Organized by Pitti Immagine, the same entity that curates events such as Pitti Uomo, Taste 2025 will feature more than 700 companies representing Italian food and wine excellence, with about 100 new exhibitors making their debut at this edition.
Sciara will be present for the fourth time at the event with its artisanal pistachio specialties. We look forward to welcoming you at Cavaniglia Pavilion, booth Y/16.
It will be a unique opportunity for our visitors to try Sciara products live and discover all the new products for the upcoming seasons. We will present our artisanal doves and Easter eggs, ice cream bases, spreads suitable for all needs, and dried fruit-based pestos. In addition, we will offer our gluten-free, dairy-free and sugar-free specialties.
The theme of Taste 2025 is "Born under the sign of taste": sweet and savory excellence, to eat and to drink, shining like solitary stars and together drawing new constellations of flavors that fascinate and amaze. The Fortezza da Basso will be transformed into a fascinating firmament of constellations in which novelties, contents and experiences are intertwined.
Taste is open to both the general public and Ho.Re.Ca. professionals. On the three days of the event, the opening hours for professionals and trade operators will be 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., while the general public of enthusiasts can enter on Saturday and Sunday with 2:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.; Monday is entirely reserved for business to business.
To enter the event, you must be registered online, purchase your digital admission ticket in advance or purchase it upon arrival at the fair, and show your ticket along with an ID at the entrance.
